Death Benefit #373 – Keith Lackey

Keith Andrew Lackey, age 56, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at St. Rita’s Hospital, Lima, Ohio. He was born September 20, 1968, in Lima, Ohio to Ronald and Ruanna (Hawkins) Lackey who survive. Keith was a welder and pipe fitter with the UA Local 776, Lima, Ohio. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, a great game of pool, the warmth of a good campfire with his dogs Sam & Roxxy, and never went a day without listening to music. He especially loved spending time with his family, and adored his son Andrew. Keith was a master-of-all-trades and was known for helping anyone in need. Keith never left you or hung up the phone without telling you he loved you. He loved fiercely and unconditionally. He was loved greatly by his family and friends who all enjoyed his witty sense of humor. Keith is also survived by his son, Andrew Lackey; stepchildren, Jordyn (Travis) Fillhart, and Dyllan Hackworth; sisters, Beth Shepherd, Amy (Tim) Bok, and Caryn (Rick) Wagar; 10 nieces and 7 nephews. He was preceded in death by his daughter Ella Beth Lackey. Funeral services are 11 a.m. on Friday, January 24, 2025 at Hartman-Rousculp Funeral Home, 10879 SR-12, Columbus Grove, OH., with visitations one hour prior to service. Friends may also call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Pastor Rich Rakay Officiating. Burial is at Cairo East Side Cemetery, Cairo, OH. Memorials may be made to his son Andrew Lackey.
